When you use any of our application services, including without limitation the GFcrew/PRO platform (the “Services”), we appreciate and understand that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy seriously. In this Privacy Policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.     Personal information you disclose to us

    In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

    We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register with or use the Site, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities relating to the Site, or otherwise when you contact us.

    Name and contact information. When you register with the Site, we will ask you to give us your name, email address, and phone number.     Telephone number. When you first register for an account, we also ask you for a telephone number so we can communicate a verification code (two-factor authentication, 2FA) to that telephone number and have you enter the code into our website. This helps us verify that you’re actually a human being. A Photo Company member may also contact you at this number via text or voice call to provide notifications about your photo and order status.

    Athlete/Player information. We understand and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our young athletes. As part of our commitment to safeguarding your privacy, we wish to be transparent about the information we collect regarding the athletes we photograph. We specifically ask for Player's name, Age group or division, Team name, and Jersey number. This information is collected for the purposes of: Identifying and tagging photographs to ensure that parents, guardians, or authorized individuals can easily locate and purchase photographs of their respective athletes. Ensuring that the right photos are delivered to the correct recipients. Personalizing our products, such as team posters or individual player cards.

    We do not share, sell, or disclose the player information we collect with third parties for their promotional or marketing use. The information may only be shared with entities directly associated with the Photo Company, such as printing labs and partners, for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and enhancing your user experience. Additional details in the section “ WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?”

    Please know that our commitment is to use the athlete/player information responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Parents or guardians have the right to request to see, modify, or delete any personal information we may hold regarding their child by contacting us directly.

    Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter or other social media accounts. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS“ below.

    Payment information. When you register or make a purchase on our Site, you will be asked to provide payment-related information which includes but is not limited to: credit card information and billing address.

    Disclosure:

    • We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by our trusted third-party payment processors, who adhere to the strictest security standards and protocols in the industry.
    • We might retain information about the transaction, such as the amount paid, the date of the transaction, and the product or service purchased, but never the sensitive card details.
    • We will never share, sell, or disclose your payment information with any unauthorized third parties.

    Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.     Opting out of email marketing: As may be applicable, you can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

  8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

    Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we may not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice via a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

  9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS

    In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

    California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.   13. TEXT AND SMS MESSAGING POLICY

    This SMS/Texting Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which the Photo Company communicates with its customers and subscribers via SMS (Short Message Service).

    Opt-In:

    By opting into our SMS communication:

    • You agree to receive text messages from the Photo Company on your mobile device.
    • You confirm that you are the owner of the provided mobile number or have the necessary permissions to enroll the number.
    • You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile service provider.

    Frequency:

    The frequency of SMS messages may vary, but subscribers will typically receive about 10 - 15 messages during the duration of the event

    Purpose:

    Our SMS messages are intended to provide:

    • Notifications on when photos are ready to view and purchase
    • Notifications on store hours
    • Notifications on order status
    • Two-Factor Authentication to secure your account.

    Costs:

    While the Photo Company does not charge for the SMS service, standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service plan.

    Opt-Out:

    You can unsubscribe from our SMS communications at any time by replying with the word "STOP." You will receive a final confirmation message to acknowledge the successful unsubscription.

    Changes to Policy:

    The Photo Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on our official website.

    Liability:

    The Photo Company is not liable for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.
